DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate in Ads & Promos Sales Strategy & Operations to drive growth within their Advertising business. You'll collaborate with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to enhance sales productivity and revenue growth. This role requires a strong operational background and experience in launching new processes.
You have a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in sales strategy and operations, demonstrating a strong operational success track record. You are skilled in launching new processes and executing at the lowest level of detail, ensuring that every aspect of the sales strategy is meticulously planned and implemented. Your experience includes working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, product, and analytics teams to strengthen partnerships and drive growth. You are excited about the opportunity to influence and implement new productivity levers that help partners grow and scale their businesses.
You have a proven ability to analyze data and build models to evaluate success and identify opportunities for improvement. Your strategic mindset allows you to work closely with product teams to develop roadmaps that align with business goals. You will influence key stakeholders across Merchant Product, Engineering, Operations, and Sales teams to maximize business impact. Your role will require you to communicate effectively with various teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards the same goals. You will also be responsible for monitoring the performance of new sales initiatives and making data-driven recommendations for adjustments as needed. Your ability to execute at a detailed level will be essential in ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
