A Transportation Representative at ROW IB facilitates flow of information between different stakeholders (Warehouses/Category teams/Carriers) and resolves any potential issues that impact customer experience and business continuity. Transportation Representative at ROW IB works across Inbound operations. Inbound Operations deals with Vendor/Carrier/FC relationship, to plan the freight for delivery in warehouses as per given appointment time. Transportation Representative on Inbound addresses any potential issues occurring during the lifecycle of forecasting to actual delivery of the appointment.
Key job responsibilities
A Transportation Representative provides timely resolution to the issue in hand by researching and querying internal tools and by taking real-time decisions. An ideal candidate should be able to understand the requirements/be able to analyze data and notice trends and be able to drive Customer Experience without compromising on time. The candidate should have the basic understanding of Logistics and should be able to communicate clearly in the written and verbal form.

About the team
Rest of World Inbound (ROW IB) team is a vertical of ROW APEX, India Operations. Our team objective is to provide the hassle free and smooth inbounding experience to all sellers and vendors across amazon fulfillment centres. The team is responsible to plan the freight delivery across fulfillment centres and perform rescue operations, and contingency management. Qualitative Requirements Ø Graduation in any specialization from a recognized university. Ø Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English language.
