Verkada is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design electronic circuit diagrams and multilayer printed circuit boards. You'll utilize your knowledge of analog and digital circuits and proficiency in electronic assembly tools. This role requires experience in delivering solutions for internal clients.
You have a solid understanding of analog and digital circuits, which allows you to design effective multilayer printed circuit boards. Your experience includes delivering solutions for internal clients, ensuring that the needs of testers are met with precision. You are proficient in using THT and SMT electronic assembly tools, which are essential for the assembly of electronic components. Additionally, you are skilled in using laboratory and measurement equipment, enabling you to conduct thorough testing and validation of your designs. Your ability to read and prepare technical documentation in English ensures clear communication of your designs and processes. Familiarity with Altium Designer is a key asset that enhances your design capabilities.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing electronic circuit diagrams that meet the specifications of various projects. You will also design multilayer printed circuit boards, ensuring that they are optimized for performance and manufacturability. Preparing production documentation is a critical part of your responsibilities, as it guides the assembly process and ensures quality control. You will order and commission the assembly of small production series, working closely with manufacturing partners to ensure that your designs are accurately realized. Startup and initial testing of designed devices will be part of your role, allowing you to validate your designs in real-world applications and make necessary adjustments based on performance feedback.
