You have experience in market management or a related field, ideally with a focus on supply acquisition and relationship management. You understand the importance of building strong connections with hosts and have a proven track record of driving market success. Your resourcefulness and self-sufficiency enable you to thrive in a dynamic environment, and you are fluent in English, allowing you to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus, as is familiarity with data-driven decision-making processes. You are comfortable working with various teams and can adapt your strategies to meet the unique needs of different markets. Your ability to think strategically and execute tactically will be essential in this role.
