You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive painting experience, demonstrating a high level of skill in various painting techniques including base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats. Your expertise extends to blending adjacent panels and correcting paint on vehicles, ensuring a flawless finish that meets industry standards. You are a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is willing to work mandatory overtime to meet business needs. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.

Experience with state-of-the-art painting tools and techniques is a plus, as is familiarity with high-tech inspection processes. You may also have a background in automotive repair or restoration, which enhances your understanding of vehicle aesthetics and functionality. What you'll do

As an Experienced Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting, applying various types of paint, and ensuring that the final product meets quality standards.
