Overview

Celonis is seeking a VP of Presales for the High-Tech industry to lead customer value journeys and drive growth in North America. This role requires strong consulting skills and industry knowledge.

Who you are

You have extensive experience in presales and value engineering, particularly within the High-Tech industry, and have a proven track record of driving customer success and engagement. You are skilled in translating complex customer objectives into actionable value assessments and have experience leading teams to achieve significant growth in annual contract value (ACV). Your ability to engage with senior stakeholders and build long-term partnerships is a key strength, and you thrive in fast-paced environments where you can leverage your deep process knowledge and consulting expertise. You are a trusted advisor to executive teams and have a strong understanding of how to maximize customer value through technology.

Desirable

Experience in SaaS environments and familiarity with AI and data-driven solutions will be advantageous. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have a collaborative approach to problem-solving. A background in consulting or business development within the tech sector will further enhance your candidacy.

What you'll do

As the VP of Presales, you will lead a team of Value Engineers and drive the end-to-end customer value journey, focusing on securing new customers and expanding success with existing ones. You will be responsible for conducting value workshops, building business cases, and delivering compelling demos that showcase the value of Celonis technology. Your role will involve engaging with multiple senior stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and outcomes, ultimately driving ACV growth and renewal rates. You will collaborate closely with the Product and Engineering teams to ensure that customer feedback informs product development and enhancements. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of excellence and accountability within your team, ensuring that all customer engagements are executed with the highest standards.
