Binalyze is hiring a Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of named accounts and drive customer adoption and satisfaction. You'll work closely with Sales and Technical Teams to maximize customer engagement and revenue growth.
You have a strong technical aptitude and a relentless drive to ensure customer success. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of 25-40 existing customers, focusing on maximizing their usage and adoption of Binalyze's products. Your ability to analyze customer engagement levels will help you assess risk and execute action plans to ensure satisfaction and desired business outcomes. You are adaptable and eager to learn, which will enable you to thrive in a dynamic environment.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to conduct business reviews with client leadership and health checks on deployments. Your collaborative spirit will shine as you work closely with Sales, Support, and Technical Teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You are passionate about building strong relationships with customers and driving their success through effective onboarding and enablement.
Experience in a customer-facing role within the technology sector is a plus. Familiarity with customer success metrics and strategies will enhance your ability to drive Gross Revenue Retention (GDR) and increase Net Revenue Retention (NRR). A background in cybersecurity or related fields would be beneficial, as it aligns with Binalyze's mission to advance the future of cybersecurity.
As a Customer Success Manager at Binalyze, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of named accounts. Your primary goal will be to drive adoption and outcomes that lead to renewals, expansion, and advocacy. You will work diligently to maintain high GDR and increase NRR by identifying upsell opportunities and ensuring customers derive maximum value from their deployments.
You will lead onboarding and enablement efforts for new customers, minimizing their time to value after initial purchase. Your deep understanding of customer needs and use cases will enable you to drive technical adoption effectively. You will conduct regular business reviews with client leadership to assess satisfaction levels and ensure that desired business outcomes are being met.
In collaboration with the Sales team, you will identify additional use cases and support increased adoption of Binalyze's products. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you assess customer engagement levels and execute action plans to mitigate risks. You will play a key role in fostering customer relationships and ensuring their success with Binalyze's offerings.
