What you'll do

As a Customer Advocate, you will be the face of Carvana, helping customers navigate the unique Vending Machine experience. You will assist customers with inquiries, ensuring they have a positive interaction with our services. Your role will involve engaging with the local community to promote Carvana's mission and values. You will work flexible shifts, either opening from 7 am to 3 pm or closing from 1 pm to 9 pm, primarily on weekends. Your commitment to customer satisfaction will be key in reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process. You will also have opportunities to participate in performance-based programs that can enhance your earnings and career growth.

What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $18, with opportunities for pay increases based on performance. You can progress from $18/hr to $20/hr within your first year through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which provides merit increases every 90 days.
