Overview:

This role is designed for a detail-oriented and analytically-minded individual who thrives at the intersection of insurance product operations and technical problem-solving. The primary focus is supporting the successful implementation and maintenance of insurance products by ensuring product accuracy through testing, assisting with automation initiatives, and serving as a technical resource for internal stakeholders. Success in this role requires a blend of technical proficiency (Excel, SQL, XML, etc.), clear communication, and an aptitude for identifying process improvement opportunities.
