What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as a foundational technical advisor, guiding customers through the implementation of HubSpot's solutions. You will assist in translating routine business needs into implementable solutions, ensuring that clients can effectively leverage the platform. Your responsibilities will include advising on solution design and identifying opportunities for system integration, which will drive platform adoption across the customer lifecycle. You will support the development of technical roadmaps for customers, ensuring alignment with best practices and known solutions. Additionally, you will lead discovery sessions and solution design for various engagements, providing guidance on standard practices for utilizing HubSpot's core features. As a supporting technical resource, you will address straightforward product use cases and learn to mitigate challenges as they arise.
