TripActions is seeking a Director of Commercial Customer Success and Account Management to lead their team in London. You'll focus on driving revenue growth and ensuring exceptional customer experiences across key EMEA markets. This role requires strong project management and analytical skills.
You have a proven track record in customer success leadership, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your expertise in managing teams and driving customer satisfaction is complemented by your ability to engage with C-level executives and build strong relationships. You possess exceptional communication skills and a strategic mindset, enabling you to navigate complex customer landscapes effectively. Your analytical skills allow you to assess customer needs and implement solutions that maximize value and retention. You are familiar with methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message, which enhance your ability to drive results in a commercial environment. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of French or German is a plus.
In this role, you will scale and lead the Commercial Customer Success segment, building a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers across the UK, France, and DACH regions. You will own all post-sales activities for Commercial customers, including onboarding, adoption, renewals, upsells, and expansion. Your leadership will ensure that clients successfully implement and expand their use of the Navan platform, driving retention and satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with Sales and Implementation teams to ensure smooth transitions and successful customer journeys. Your success will be measured by attainment of revenue targets and adoption KPIs, making your role critical to the company's growth strategy. You will also partner with various departments, including Product, Finance, Support, and Operations, to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive revenue growth.
