Overview

Fivetran is seeking a Mid-Level Account Executive to drive new business in the UK. You'll engage with commercial customers through outbound prospecting and consultative sales conversations. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to sales.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in a commercial environment, and enjoy the thrill of creating opportunities as much as closing them. Your consultative approach allows you to understand customer data challenges and translate them into effective solutions. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with Sales Development, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Partner teams to drive success. You are comfortable with outbound prospecting and have experience building and managing your own pipeline of opportunities.

Desirable

Experience in the data or analytics industry is a plus, as is familiarity with technology partners and system integrators. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of consultative sales conversations, ensuring that you meet the unique needs of each customer.

What you'll do

In this role, you will proactively identify and engage new commercial customers through outbound prospecting efforts. You will build and close your own pipeline of opportunities across your territory, leading discovery conversations to understand customer data challenges. Your ability to translate these challenges into Fivetran solutions will be key to your success. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure a seamless sales process and build productive relationships with technology partners and system integrators. Additionally, you will share learnings and contribute to improving sales strategies within the organization.
