What you'll do

In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of Roblox's moderation rules and guidelines, which will be essential in your interactions with the developer community. You will identify and engage with potential partners, building a strong pipeline of collaborations that enhance the creator ecosystem. Planning and executing both online and offline community events will be a key responsibility, as you inspire and connect developers across various regions. You will manage programs from their initial concept through to successful completion, ensuring that clear goals are set and outcomes are measured effectively. Additionally, you will support translation and localization efforts, ensuring that all programs and resources are accessible and relevant to the local community.
