Aleph is seeking an Account Executive for Microsoft Advertising to drive revenue growth through strategic client engagement and acquisition. You'll leverage your digital marketing expertise and relationship-building skills to identify and acquire potential clients in Mexico.
You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in online advertising, media sales, business development, or marketing — you have a proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals. Your deep market knowledge and strong industry connections enable you to navigate the complexities of digital advertising effectively. You possess digital marketing expertise, particularly in working with performance advertisers, and understand their unique challenges. Your strategic mindset, commercial acumen, and client-first approach allow you to build trust-based relationships with clients, acting as their advisor and advocate within Microsoft Advertising. You are skilled in problem-solving and have a continuous learning attitude, with analytical rigor and attention to detail being your strong suits. Fluency in English is required, as you will be engaging with diverse clients and stakeholders.
Experience managing and optimizing performance campaigns is desirable, particularly in areas such as Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA). Familiarity with tools like Salesforce and Google Analytics will enhance your ability to deliver insights and performance reports.
In this role, you will identify and acquire potential clients for Microsoft Advertising in Mexico, designing and presenting consultative proposals that align with client goals and industry trends. You will build deep, trust-based relationships with clients, leveraging performance data and insights to identify opportunities for growth. Your responsibilities will include preparing and presenting performance reports, insights, and growth forecasts to both internal and external stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth and ensure that clients are fully leveraging the advertising capabilities of platforms like Microsoft Advertising. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the advertising strategies of your clients, helping them navigate the digital landscape effectively.
