Flex is seeking a Senior Staff AI Engineer to lead the development of scalable machine learning models for fintech applications. You'll work with technologies like Python and TensorFlow to drive business growth. This role requires significant experience in AI and machine learning.
You have 5+ years of experience in AI and machine learning, with a strong background in developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments. Your expertise in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow and Keras allows you to build scalable solutions that deliver real business value. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with data scientists and engineers to implement innovative AI solutions that enhance user experiences.
You possess a deep understanding of the full machine learning lifecycle, from data exploration and model training to evaluation and deployment. Your analytical mindset enables you to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization in existing systems. You are passionate about leveraging technology to solve complex problems and improve processes within the fintech space.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP is a plus, as is familiarity with data engineering practices. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are eager to stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models that drive high-impact applications within the fintech sector.
