Contentful is seeking a Sales Development Representative for the Enterprise DACH team to engage with customers in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. You'll work closely with Regional Sales Executives and develop your sales skills in a structured training program.

You are an organized and motivated individual with a passion for sales and a desire to build a career in this field. You have a fluent command of the German language, enabling you to effectively communicate with our DACH customer base. Your ability to research and understand the marketplace will help you identify how Contentful can assist organizations in their digital transformation journeys. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to learn from experienced professionals in the industry.

Desirable

Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus, as is familiarity with digital transformation concepts. You are open to feedback and committed to personal and professional growth, ready to take on new challenges as you progress through our training program.

What you'll do

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be one of the first points of contact for potential customers, representing the Contentful brand. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospects, understand their needs, and communicate how our solutions can enhance their customer experiences. You will work closely with assigned Regional Sales Executives to identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

You will participate in our comprehensive training program, which is designed to develop your skills and knowledge in sales techniques, product offerings, and market dynamics.
