Samsara is seeking a Senior Revenue Tools Product Manager to drive the strategy and user experience for core Go-To-Market tools. You'll collaborate across teams to influence the sales technology stack. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and experience in product management.
You have a proven track record in product management, particularly in driving the vision and roadmap for tools that enhance seller experience. With at least 5 years of experience, you are adept at solving ambiguous and high-impact problems across multiple teams, ensuring alignment and strategic direction in your projects. You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable making data-driven decisions that influence product outcomes. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels allows you to advocate for user needs while balancing business objectives. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. You are passionate about leveraging technology to improve operational efficiency and drive growth.
Experience in sales technology or Go-To-Market strategies is a plus, as is familiarity with the Internet of Things (IoT) landscape. You may also have a background in user experience design, which helps you create intuitive and effective product solutions. A strong understanding of market trends and customer needs will enable you to anticipate challenges and opportunities in the product lifecycle.
In this role, you will own a significant module of Samsara's core Go-To-Market tools, driving the strategy and execution of product initiatives that enhance the seller experience. You will work closely with engineering, design, and sales teams to define product requirements and prioritize features that align with business goals. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research to gather insights, developing product roadmaps, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. You will also be responsible for measuring the success of product initiatives through key performance indicators and making adjustments based on feedback and data analysis. As a senior member of the product team, you will mentor junior product managers and contribute to the overall product strategy, helping to shape the future of Samsara's offerings.
