Waymo is seeking a Product Operations Technology Manager to facilitate the launch and adoption of new products and features. You'll work closely with engineering and operations teams to ensure readiness and orchestrate deployments. This role requires strong collaboration skills and experience in product operations.
You have a strong background in product operations, ideally with experience in technology-driven environments. You understand the importance of facilitating product launches and ensuring that operational teams are prepared for new features. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with engineering and operations teams, ensuring seamless deployments and post-launch support. You are detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, always striving for excellence in execution. You value diverse perspectives and are committed to fostering an inclusive team culture.
Experience in the autonomous driving or technology sector is a plus. Familiarity with tools and systems that support product operations will help you excel in this role. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will lead the launch and adoption of new products and features, ensuring that all operational teams are ready for deployment. You will orchestrate the deployment process in collaboration with engineering, ensuring that all aspects of the product are functioning as intended. Post-launch, you will provide support to operations teams, addressing any issues that arise and facilitating continuous improvement. You will also be responsible for gathering feedback from users and stakeholders to inform future product iterations. Your role will involve regular communication with cross-functional teams to align on goals and expectations, ensuring that everyone is on the same page throughout the product lifecycle.
Waymo offers a competitive salary range of $152,000—$192,000 USD, along with eligibility for an annual bonus program and equity incentive plan.
