Who you are

You have experience in developing and operating training content, ideally in onboarding or practical training environments. Your background includes analyzing training outcomes and utilizing data to drive improvements in program quality and operational efficiency. You are skilled in designing quizzes to assess understanding and performance of training participants, ensuring that the training programs are effective and impactful. You are familiar with data visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau, which you use to present training evaluation data clearly and effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with development teams and various stakeholders to establish data-driven communication strategies for training initiatives. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement based on performance metrics and feedback, and you are committed to enhancing the overall training experience for participants.

What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on evaluating and analyzing training programs to improve their quality. You will develop and apply evaluation models to assess training effectiveness based on quantitative and qualitative metrics such as completion rates, engagement levels, and participant feedback. You will support the design of quizzes to evaluate participants' understanding and performance, ensuring that training objectives are met. You will operate monitoring systems to track improvements in accuracy and performance post-training, providing insights into recurring errors and performance indicators to inform training enhancements. You will collaborate with various teams, including Training Development, Operations, Planning, and Inspection, to propose data-driven suggestions for optimizing training programs and operational methods. Additionally, you will prepare training performance reports and share key findings with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in training strategies.
