What you'll do

As a Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing Qualtrics' global sites. You will collaborate with the Global Real Estate Team to design and maintain innovative environments that support the company's operations. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with safety regulations and fostering a collaborative workplace culture. You will assist in organizing events and activities that enhance employee engagement and well-being. Additionally, you will help manage the company's real estate assets and contribute to strategic planning efforts. Your role will involve working closely with various teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that benefit the entire organization.

The annual pay range for this position is $51,500—$77,000 USD, reflecting the company's commitment to transparency and fair compensation.
