What you'll do

As the Worldwide Lead for Healthcare & Life Sciences GTM, you will oversee a team of Business Development, Sales Specialists, and Solution Architects. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the sales motion for AWS Healthcare AI and Life Sciences solutions, ensuring that new customers are effectively onboarded and that existing customers are satisfied with their implementations. You will work closely with the Product team to develop products that resonate with the market and meet customer needs.

You will be responsible for building and developing your team, setting clear business goals, and driving revenue through strategic initiatives. This includes qualifying leads, building a robust sales pipeline, and validating technical use cases to ensure successful customer implementations. You will also engage with partners and analysts to enhance the visibility of AWS solutions in the healthcare and life sciences sectors.

Your role will require you to establish and maintain strong business and technical relationships with customers, guiding them through the sales process and ensuring their needs are met.
