You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training, to equip you with the skills necessary for success. You will work in a hybrid environment, balancing time between home office and in-field work, allowing for flexibility in your schedule. Your role will involve setting and achieving sales targets, managing client accounts, and collaborating with team members to enhance sales strategies.
Hibu provides a competitive base salary of $51,000 with the potential for total on-target earnings around $100,000-$120,000 in your first year, increasing to $132,000-$152,000 in your second year.
