Overview

MongoDB is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Operations to lead sales strategy and planning for the APAC region. You'll drive revenue growth through data analysis and strategic planning. This role requires strong analytical expertise and business acumen.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales operations, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to derive insights from complex data sets and translate them into actionable strategies. You possess strong business acumen and understand the nuances of the sales process, enabling you to partner effectively with sales leadership. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and empowers your team to excel in their roles. You are adept at strategic planning and have experience in designing go-to-market strategies that align with broader company objectives. You thrive in a hybrid working environment and are comfortable navigating both in-office and remote team dynamics.

Desirable

Experience in the APAC market is a plus, as is familiarity with sales forecasting and analytics tools. A background in technology or software sales will help you understand the unique challenges and opportunities in this space. You are a proactive communicator, able to engage with cross-functional teams and present insights to senior leadership effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the sales strategy and planning team for the APAC region, acting as a strategic business partner to the sales leadership team. You will oversee the annual and long-term strategic planning process, ensuring alignment with global company objectives. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive market, customer, and competitive analysis to identify new growth opportunities and mitigate risks. You will partner with sales leadership to design and implement go-to-market strategies, including territory design and quota setting. Additionally, you will own the forecasting process for the APAC region, ensuring accuracy and predictability in sales projections. Your insights will shape the go-to-market strategy and drive revenue growth across the region.
