Microsoft is seeking a Senior Partner Development Manager to drive partner strategy and transformation across France and the Benelux. You'll work closely with leading partners to accelerate sales and capitalize on AI market momentum. This role requires strong relationship management skills and experience in cloud solutions.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in partner development and sales, with at least 5 years of experience in managing complex partner relationships. Your ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite leaders is key to your success, as you understand the importance of strategic alignment in driving growth. You are fluent in French and possess strong communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey account visions to senior business decision-makers. Your expertise in cloud solutions, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem, allows you to identify market opportunities and recommend strategies that capitalize on emerging trends.

You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. Your experience in coaching partners to transform their strategies around consumption and key targets demonstrates your ability to influence and drive change. You are data-driven and understand the metrics that matter for partner success, allowing you to lead campaigns that resonate with both partners and their customers.

Desirable

Experience in the technology sector, particularly with cloud services, is highly desirable. Familiarity with Microsoft Partner Programs and Incentives will give you an edge in this role. You are also comfortable navigating the complexities of the AI landscape and can leverage this knowledge to support partners in capitalizing on market momentum.

What you'll do

As a Senior Partner Development Manager, you will lead the creation of a long-range strategic vision for your partners, focusing on their impact and potential across various segments. You will be responsible for driving partner sales by collaborating closely with different segments, including Enterprise, Corporate, and SMB. Your role will involve identifying and recommending market opportunities based on your understanding of industry gaps and emerging trends in solution and product areas.

You will build and maintain trusted-advisor relationships with C-suite leaders of complex partners, ensuring strategic alignment and driving growth. Your responsibilities will include leading business-design briefings to advise partner leadership on building high-impact Microsoft Services practices. You will coach and challenge partners to transform their plans and strategies around consumption and key targets, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed in the competitive landscape.

In addition, you will lead campaigns with various functional areas and partner marketing teams, ensuring that all efforts are aligned with the overall partner strategy. Your ability to analyze market trends and partner performance will be crucial in driving the success of your partners and, ultimately, Microsoft’s growth in the region.
