Senior Benefits Specialist - APAC

Who you are

You are a detail-oriented professional with experience in benefits management, particularly in the APAC region. You have a strong understanding of end-to-end benefits processing, including retirement, healthcare, and other employee benefits. Your analytical skills allow you to manage conflicting priorities effectively, and you are self-motivated and disciplined in your approach to work. You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, which enable you to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Experience with Workday is highly preferred, as is proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office suite products.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of benefits programs across the APAC region, including India, Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai, Shanghai, and Australia. You will coordinate with global brokers to ensure timely updates and address any queries that arise. Your role will involve ensuring tax and statutory compliance while supporting the Global Benefits Manager and the wider Global Benefits team. You will also contribute to global projects as needed, demonstrating your ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. Your analytical skills will be crucial in providing insights and support during year-end processes, ensuring that internal HR, payroll, and tax teams have the necessary information.
