What you'll do

As a Recruiter at Cloudflare, you will be the strategic face of our India Entry Level Recruiting efforts. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and help identify the best candidates for various roles within the company. Your role will involve sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and guiding them through the hiring process. You will also play a key role in promoting Cloudflare's mission and culture to potential hires, ensuring they understand the value of joining our team.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing recruiting strategies that attract top talent. This includes leveraging social media, job boards, and networking events to reach a diverse pool of candidates. You will also collaborate with the People Operations team to enhance our recruitment processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.
