About the role:
We are looking for a Sales Call Center Agent to handle customer calls related to domestic and international flight bookings. The role involves offering flight options, closing sales, managing ticketing requests, and delivering high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls for flight inquiries and bookings.
Provide fare quotes, schedules, and best travel options.
Process reservations, changes, and cancellations using GDS (Amadeus/Galileo).
Upsell seats, baggage, meals, insurance, and other travel add-ons.
Meet sales and conversion targets.
Ensure accurate PNR creation and follow airline policies.
Requirement:
1–2 years of experience in travel sales or call center operations.
Knowledge of GDS systems preferred.
Strong communication and sales skills.
Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule:
Rotational shifts, including weekends/public holidays.
