phData is seeking a Principal Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment processes and serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders. You'll work with cloud data platforms like AWS, Azure, and Snowflake, requiring 10+ years of recruitment experience.
You have 10+ years of full cycle recruitment experience, demonstrating a strong background in sourcing and hiring top talent in the IT sector. Your expertise in direct sourcing and LinkedIn sourcing sets you apart, allowing you to identify and engage with high-caliber candidates effectively. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to build relationships with senior business leaders and understand their hiring needs deeply. As a trusted strategic advisor, you thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with business goals. You are passionate about fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace, ensuring that all candidates feel valued and respected throughout the hiring process. Your experience in the modern data stack, particularly with platforms like Snowflake, AWS, and Azure, gives you a unique perspective on the talent landscape in this field.
Experience with recruitment in cloud data platforms or related technologies is a plus. Familiarity with tools like dbt, Fivetran, and GCP will enhance your ability to connect with candidates who have the right skill sets. You are proactive in staying updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously seeking ways to improve processes and outcomes.
In this role, you will lead the recruitment efforts for phData, focusing on attracting and hiring top talent for various positions within the organization. You will operate as a strategic partner to senior business leaders, understanding their hiring needs and delivering on recruitment goals. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions that attract the right candidates. Additionally, you will leverage your network and industry knowledge to identify potential candidates and engage them in meaningful conversations about opportunities at phData. You will also play a key role in promoting the company culture and values to candidates, ensuring alignment with our mission and vision.
