Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience managing SAP projects, particularly in SAP S/4HANA, and have a strong understanding of back office processes including FI/CO, MM, SD, and HR. Your leadership skills shine as you coordinate multidisciplinary teams and navigate complex corporate environments. You are adept at ensuring project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines, and you prioritize client satisfaction and quality in every project you oversee. You are familiar with project management methodologies such as PMBOK and SAP Activate, and you leverage these frameworks to guide your teams effectively. Your communication skills allow you to report project statuses clearly and identify risks proactively, developing mitigation plans as necessary. You are also committed to continuous learning and encourage your team to pursue professional development opportunities.

Desirable

Experience with additional SAP modules or certifications in project management would be a plus. Proficiency in English and Spanish is encouraged, as it enhances communication with international teams and clients.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the complete lifecycle of SAP projects, from planning through to delivery and post-implementation support. You will ensure that all project milestones are met and that the project adheres to the established SLAs and success indicators. You will coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients and suppliers, to align project objectives with business goals. Your responsibilities will include reporting on project status to executive stakeholders, identifying potential risks, and developing strategies to mitigate them. You will also support clients in making strategic decisions regarding project governance, ensuring that all activities are aligned with their objectives. Your role will require you to maintain compliance with internal methodologies and best practices in project management, ensuring that your team is equipped to deliver high-quality results.
