Job Description
In collaboration with a Practice Manager or Engagement Manager, your objective is to contribute to brand development by leveraging your business and functional skills in Salesforce solutions to successfully deliver high-value projects for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in pre-sales activities and participate in the implementation of projects addressing our clients' digital transformation challenges.
- Take full ownership of the solution implementation process:
- Prepare scoping workshops.
- Facilitate user requirement gathering workshops.
- Draft technical specifications and functional requirements.
- Configure and set up the solution.
- Test the proposed solution and ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Provide post-launch support (change management, training, application maintenance).
- Lead understanding, analysis, and modeling of business user needs and solution definition.
- Take responsibility for project design (configuration and/or supervision) and deliverable quality.
- Contribute to setting up platform performance and responsiveness tests to ensure a positive user experience and optimize adoption.
- Assist the client in developing the Solution Roadmap and anticipate upcoming project iterations.
- Master process builders and flows to challenge development teams and ensure adherence to solution deployment best practices.
- Propose, submit, and defend recommendations.
