Overview

Samsara is hiring a Sales Engineer for their Mid-Market team to help modernize essential industries through IoT solutions. You'll engage with customers to demonstrate how IoT can enhance logistics and workplace safety. This role requires strong communication skills and a background in technology sales.

Who you are

You have a strong background in technology sales, ideally with experience in IoT or related fields. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with customers and articulate the value of IoT solutions. You are comfortable working in a remote environment and can manage your time effectively to meet customer needs. You understand the importance of modernizing essential industries and are passionate about contributing to a cleaner and more efficient supply chain.

Desirable

Experience in logistics management or workplace safety programs would be a plus. Familiarity with the Connected Operations™ Cloud or similar platforms can help you hit the ground running. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with diverse teams to drive results and improve customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

As a Sales Engineer at Samsara, you will play a crucial role in helping customers understand how IoT solutions can transform their operations. You will engage in daily customer interactions, discussing how our technology can positively impact their logistics management and safety programs. You will work closely with the sales team to develop tailored presentations and demonstrations that showcase the benefits of our products.
