TripActions is seeking a Senior Talent Sourcer to develop innovative sourcing strategies for global teams. You'll collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to identify exceptional candidates. This role requires 5-8 years of experience in talent sourcing.
You have 5-8 years of experience in developing sourcing strategies alongside recruiters and hiring managers within an in-house recruiting team — you've successfully identified and engaged top talent across various regions, including North America, EMEA, and APAC. Your proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and talent research is second to none, allowing you to uncover exceptional candidates effectively. You possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, enabling you to articulate staffing needs and strategies clearly to stakeholders. A Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, showcasing your commitment to the profession.
Experience in sourcing and hiring globally, particularly in India, is a significant advantage — you understand the nuances of different markets and can tailor your approach accordingly. Your ability to research market trends for company mapping and present detailed findings to stakeholders demonstrates your analytical skills and strategic thinking.
In this role, you will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies — your innovative methods will help uncover top talent and engage passive candidates effectively. You will utilize various sourcing techniques to discover and engage candidates for our global teams, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Additionally, you will work on ad-hoc projects involving research on talent mapping across Navan’s competitors, contributing valuable insights to the recruitment process.
