The Trustworthy Shopping Experience Asia Global Selling (TSE AGS) team strives to ensure the long-term success of AGS Sellers on Amazon by facilitating global business scaling. Our mission includes safeguarding customer satisfaction by verifying the authenticity and quality of products on the platform. We prioritize upstream product compliance and safety, informing sellers about relevant laws and regulations during onboarding. Additionally, we work to enhance customer experience by addressing safety, quality, and order defects. Collaborating with business and partner teams, we develop CN-first solutions applicable globally. We also engage with regulators, law enforcement, and consumer forums to communicate Amazon's commitment to a superior experience for both sellers and customers.


Key job responsibilities
During the internship, you will have the opportunity to take below role:

• Program Manager: Work broadly across organizations to find solutions to large, and often global, complex problems. Own those business challenges and the autonomy to think strategically and make data-driven decisions. Drive efforts, both independently and as part of larger project teams and will have a significant impact on the customer experience and the business.

- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- 2026 Full-time MBA Graduates and eligible to work in China for 3 months internship duration
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience prior to your MBA including academic and/or internship experience
- Proof that you are capable of both high-level strategic thinking and detailed execution
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
- Superior analytical skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Success at influencing others and leading teams
- Comfortable with “hands-on” management of tasks, and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously- Consulting and/or E-commerce experience preferred
- TIC industry working experience preferred
