Mixpanel is seeking a Senior Revenue Strategy & Operations Manager to define strategies for customer retention and account growth. You'll collaborate with Sales and Customer Success leadership to enhance revenue metrics. This role requires strong operational and strategic problem-solving skills.
You have 5+ years of experience in revenue operations or strategy, ideally within a SaaS environment — you've successfully driven initiatives that enhance customer retention and account growth. Your analytical mindset allows you to interpret data effectively, enabling you to make informed decisions that positively impact revenue metrics. You excel in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with sales and customer success teams to align strategies and operational processes. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to present complex ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels. You are comfortable with tools like Mixpanel, leveraging them to derive insights that inform your strategies. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adaptable to changing business needs, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
Experience with analytics platforms or tools similar to Mixpanel is a plus, as is familiarity with customer success methodologies. A background in business planning and reporting will help you excel in this role, as will any experience in managing operational processes that support sales teams.
In this role, you will define and execute the strategy behind customer retention and account growth — partnering closely with Customer Success and Sales leadership to improve Gross and Net Revenue Retention. You will drive strategic initiatives that enable scalable expansion motions, proactively identifying areas to enhance the customer experience and lifetime value. Your responsibilities will include building and executing core operational processes such as business planning and reporting, facilitating key decision-making, and supporting ongoing business operations management. You will analyze performance metrics to identify trends and insights that inform strategic decisions, ensuring that the sales teams have the necessary support to succeed. You will also collaborate with various teams to craft strategies that align with Mixpanel's overall growth objectives, ensuring that all efforts are focused on maximizing revenue potential.
