What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Verkada, you will take charge of the full cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing the interview process and closing offers. You will collaborate closely with the Software Engineering Leadership team to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Your role will involve making compelling presentations to candidates about Verkada and the opportunities within the Software Engineering Organization. You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics to ensure continuous improvement in the hiring process.

You will engage with candidates through various channels, leveraging your creativity to attract top talent. Building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers will be key to your success, as you will act as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process. You will also participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance Verkada's visibility in the tech community.
