Airtable is seeking a People Analytics Lead to drive the People Team's data strategy and improve employee experiences. You'll work with HR metrics and analytics tools to provide actionable insights to leadership. This role requires expertise in people analytics and data visualization.
You have a strong background in people analytics, with at least 5 years of experience in data analysis and visualization. You are passionate about using data to improve employee experiences and organizational effectiveness — you understand the importance of metrics in driving informed decisions. Your expertise in SQL and data visualization tools allows you to create compelling stories from complex datasets, making insights accessible to stakeholders across the organization. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with HR business partners and business leaders to identify talent trends and generate actionable insights. You are detail-oriented and committed to ensuring fair and equitable compensation practices through regular equal pay analyses.
Experience with HR metrics and engagement surveys is a plus, as is familiarity with building dashboards and frameworks that enhance reporting capabilities. You are comfortable working with various people systems and have a knack for translating data into strategic recommendations. You are a proactive problem solver who enjoys tackling challenges and finding innovative solutions to improve organizational health.
As the People Analytics Lead at Airtable, you will own the People Team's data strategy, defining core metrics and reporting sources that drive insights across the people lifecycle. You will partner closely with HRBPs and business leaders to surface risks and identify trends in hiring, attrition, performance, and employee engagement. Your role will involve building a roadmap for the continued development of reporting and analytics capabilities, ensuring that the People Team has the tools necessary to scale effectively as a global company. You will be hands-on in creating dashboards and frameworks that elevate how Airtable utilizes its data ecosystem. Additionally, you will conduct regular equal pay analyses to identify and address any statistically significant pay gaps, ensuring that compensation practices are fair and equitable.
