Dandy is seeking a Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruiting process for high-volume Dental Designer roles and other positions. You'll develop creative recruiting strategies and build a robust pipeline of diverse talent. This role requires experience in end-to-end hiring processes.
You are an experienced Recruiter with a strong background in managing full-cycle recruiting processes. You have a proven track record of sourcing and building relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive interview experience, and managing the offer process. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional candidate experiences. You understand the importance of diversity in hiring and are committed to developing creative recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
You have experience in high-volume recruiting, particularly in the dental or healthcare industry, and are familiar with the unique challenges and opportunities that come with it. You are skilled in utilizing various sourcing methods, including social media, cold calls, and events, to build a robust pipeline of candidates. You are also adept at collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure alignment throughout the hiring process.
You have a strong network within the dental industry and are familiar with the latest trends and technologies in recruiting. You are comfortable using recruiting tech stacks and tools to streamline processes and enhance candidate engagement. You are proactive in seeking out diverse talent and are committed to creating an inclusive hiring process.
In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for high-volume Dental Designer roles and other Design or Quality positions across international locations. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the offer process. You will also assist with onboarding as needed, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires. Your role will involve developing creative recruiting strategies to attract diverse A+ talent at all levels.
You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring process. You will leverage your expertise to create positive interview experiences and ensure that candidates feel valued and informed at every stage. Additionally, you will utilize various sourcing methods, including social media and referral generation, to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
