Experience in the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry is a plus, as is familiarity with global recruitment practices. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various corporate positions within Binance. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. You will source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, ensuring a diverse pool of applicants.

You will conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit, providing feedback to both candidates and hiring managers throughout the process. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system and ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in building a strong employer brand for Binance — you will represent the company at career fairs and industry events, showcasing the unique opportunities available within the organization. You will also work on initiatives to improve the candidate experience, gathering feedback and implementing changes as needed.
