What you'll do

As a Senior Solutions Architect at Databricks, you will play a crucial role in the IMEA Pre-Sales team, focusing on the African market. You will engage with customers to understand their data challenges and demonstrate how our Data Intelligence Platform can address their needs. Your role involves acting as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the process of modernizing their platforms and aligning their technical strategies with business objectives. You will lead strategic engagements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that drive innovation and measurable results.

You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customer accounts, ensuring that you provide ongoing technical and business value. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be essential in this role. You will work closely with the extended team to ensure that customer needs are met and that solutions are implemented successfully.
