Overview

Snowflake is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to lead engineering upskilling programs and enhance the onboarding experience for new hires. This role requires strong organizational skills and a hands-on approach to program management.

You have a strong background in program management, ideally with experience in engineering or technical environments. Your organizational skills are top-notch, allowing you to manage multiple programs effectively while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Desirable

Experience in developing training programs or bootcamps for engineering teams is a plus. Familiarity with cloud data platforms and a passion for technology will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have a knack for facilitating communication between engineering and product management.

What you'll do

As an Engineering Program Manager at Snowflake, you will own the Engineering and Product Management Bootcamps, ensuring that new hires receive a comprehensive and engaging onboarding experience. You will collaborate with various teams to design and implement training programs that align with the company's goals and values. Your role will involve coordinating schedules, managing resources, and providing support to new hires as they navigate their first weeks at Snowflake. You will also gather feedback from participants to continuously improve the onboarding process and ensure it meets the needs of both the organization and the new employees.

In addition to onboarding, you will support ongoing engineering upskilling initiatives, helping to foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization. You will work closely with engineering leaders to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training programs that empower employees to grow in their roles.
