What you'll do

As an Engineering Program Manager at Snowflake, you will own the Engineering and Product Management Bootcamps, ensuring that new hires receive a comprehensive and engaging onboarding experience. You will collaborate with various teams to design and implement training programs that align with the company's goals and values. Your role will involve coordinating schedules, managing resources, and providing support to new hires as they navigate their first weeks at Snowflake. You will also gather feedback from participants to continuously improve the onboarding process and ensure it meets the needs of both the organization and the new employees.

In addition to onboarding, you will support ongoing engineering upskilling initiatives, helping to foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization. You will work closely with engineering leaders to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training programs that empower employees to grow in their roles. Your ability to build relationships and facilitate collaboration will be key to your success in this position.
