Overview

Tekion is seeking a Customer Success Manager (Growth) to develop positive relationships with dealer customers and ensure they adopt the innovative Automotive Retail Cloud platform. This role requires 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry.

Job Description

Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, ideally working with dealership operations or automotive software. Your background has equipped you with the skills to build trusting relationships with customers, ensuring they see the value in the solutions provided. You are proactive and can identify unique needs for each dealership, tailoring your approach to maximize their success with the platform. You understand the importance of customer engagement and are committed to driving measurable impact on revenue for your clients.

You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams ensures that you can advocate for your customers while also aligning with internal goals. You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple accounts and responsibilities simultaneously. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by the success of your customers.

Desirable

Experience with cloud-native platforms or automotive retail technology is a plus. Familiarity with big data, machine learning, and AI technologies will help you leverage the full potential of Tekion's offerings. A background in customer success or account management will enhance your ability to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Tekion, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with dealer customers. You will work closely with them to ensure they adopt the Automotive Retail Cloud solution effectively, understanding its value and seeing measurable impacts on their operations. You will proactively engage with customers to identify their unique needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their experience with the platform.

You will collaborate with internal teams, including product development and support, to address customer feedback and drive improvements in the platform. Your role will involve conducting regular check-ins with customers, providing training and resources to help them maximize their use of the platform, and ensuring they are aware of new features and updates. You will also analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, helping to inform your strategies for customer engagement.

In addition to managing customer relationships, you will contribute to the overall success of the Customer Success team by sharing insights and best practices. You will participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of customer success initiatives that drive retention and satisfaction across the board.
