You'll leverage your expertise in digital advertising and consultative sales to build strong relationships with clients. This role requires 11 years of industry experience and a passion for the Consumer Packaged Goods landscape.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 11 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing. Alternatively, you may have 8 years of experience with an advanced degree. Your background includes working with advertisers, agencies, or clients, showcasing your ability to navigate complex relationships and drive results.
Your experience in leading Joint Business Planning and executing commercial agreements sets you apart. You possess a strong understanding of online sales, marketing, and business development, particularly with platforms like YouTube, Search, and Programmatic. You are solution-oriented, demonstrating high learning agility and attention to detail while executing tasks quickly and autonomously.
As an excellent cross-functional collaborator, you take a proactive approach to team integration and partnership. Your passion for the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) landscape drives your commitment to advancing Google’s forward-looking strategies within the marketplace. You thrive in ambiguous environments and are comfortable self-initiating to uncover business goals.
In this role, you will drive user acquisition and activation through consultative sales strategies. You will build trusted relationships with customers, uncovering their business goals and demonstrating Google's value by measuring campaign results against customer objectives. Your ability to share data-driven insights will shape customer strategies and reinforce partnerships.
You will own the customer's growth trajectory by proactively identifying and cultivating a pipeline of new opportunities. Leveraging insights and success, you will expand partnerships and ensure that businesses of all shapes and sizes can rely on Google’s unparalleled advertising solutions to help them grow in today's dynamic marketing environment.
Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that Google’s advertising solutions are effectively implemented. You will be responsible for executing commercial agreements and leading Joint Business Planning initiatives that align with customer objectives.
