What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing Point72's global Disaster Recovery program, ensuring that all technology systems are prepared for potential disruptions. You will lead testing initiatives, coordinating all aspects from planning to execution, and contribute to enhancing the firm's overall disaster recovery strategy. This includes designing, developing, and maintaining technology recovery solutions and tools that align with business objectives.

You will work closely with cross-functional business and technology teams to assess risks and develop comprehensive recovery plans. Your role will involve conducting regular testing of disaster recovery procedures to ensure effectiveness and compliance with industry standards. You will also be responsible for documenting recovery processes and maintaining up-to-date records of all disaster recovery activities.

Collaboration is key in this position, as you will engage with various stakeholders to ensure that disaster recovery strategies are understood and implemented across the organization. You will provide training and support to team members, fostering a culture of preparedness and resilience.
