You have a solid background in software engineering, particularly in full-stack development, with experience in building scalable applications. You are proficient in JavaScript and have hands-on experience with frameworks like React and Node.js, allowing you to create dynamic user interfaces and robust server-side applications. You understand the importance of user experience and are committed to delivering high-quality software that meets customer needs. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to life. What you'll do

As a Software Engineer on the Training team, you will be responsible for designing and developing features for Connected Training and Qualification Management products. You will collaborate with product managers and designers to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Your role will involve writing clean, maintainable code and conducting code reviews to ensure high standards of quality. You will also participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept through deployment and maintenance. You will be expected to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise, ensuring a seamless user experience. Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices within the team.
