What you'll do

As the Talent and Culture Lead, you will be responsible for architecting a culture that reflects Kodifly's core values and enhances the employee experience. You will design and implement rituals, programs, and experiences that strengthen team cohesion across multiple countries, including Hong Kong, Pakistan, and Saudi Arabia. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the co-founders to develop strategies for hiring, growing, and retaining exceptional talent.

You will lead initiatives that promote a high-trust and high-performance environment, ensuring that employees feel valued and engaged. This includes developing leadership programs that empower individuals to take ownership of their careers and contribute meaningfully to the organization.
