Overview

Qualtrics is hiring a Sales Enablement Program Manager in Tokyo to lead global onboarding and skill development initiatives for internal employees and partners. This role requires strong collaboration and strategic thinking to enhance customer success.

Who you are

You have a strong background in program management, ideally with experience in sales enablement or training. You understand the importance of onboarding and continuous education for teams that interact with customers throughout the Go-To-Market lifecycle. You are a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams ensures that you can deliver learner-centric enablement experiences that drive success.

You thrive in environments that encourage innovation and strategic risk-taking. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on achieving aggressive goals. Your dedication to serving customers is unwavering, and you understand how to measure the impact of enablement programs on customer success and business growth.

Desirable

Experience in a technology or software company is a plus, as is familiarity with the Experience Management category. You may have a background in sales, marketing, or customer success, which gives you insight into the challenges faced by teams in these areas. A passion for creating impactful training programs and a desire to help others succeed are essential traits for this role.

What you'll do

As the Sales Enablement Program Manager, you will own the global onboarding process for new hires and partners, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in their roles.
