Five9 is seeking a Solution Consultant for their AI Solutions team to drive solution discovery and design. You'll collaborate with sales teams and provide pre-sales support to optimize customer experiences. This role requires strong communication and consulting skills.
You have a strong background in consulting and customer engagement, with a focus on understanding business needs and translating them into technical solutions. Your professionalism and persistence enable you to effectively consult with prospects and customers, ensuring their needs are met with the best possible solutions. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales teams to drive customer acquisition and enhance existing relationships. Your ability to educate and empower others is key to your success in this role, as you will be providing subject matter expertise to both direct and indirect sellers.
