With your extensive experience, you have successfully designed and implemented data architectures that align with business strategies, ensuring that data systems are reliable and efficient. You possess a deep understanding of data modeling, ELT processes, and performance tuning, which allows you to create optimized data solutions that meet the needs of various stakeholders.

In addition to your technical expertise, you are a natural leader who enjoys mentoring and guiding newer team members. You have a knack for explaining complex data concepts in simple terms, making it easier for others to grasp essential ideas. Your collaborative spirit enables you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring that the data architecture supports the overall business objectives.

You are proactive in identifying and addressing technical challenges, always looking for innovative solutions to improve data management and governance. Your experience with Snowflake data warehousing and dbt showcases your ability to leverage modern technologies to enhance data capabilities. You are also familiar with data governance and security practices, ensuring that data is managed responsibly and ethically.

What you'll do

As a Senior Data Architect at CI&T, you will define and communicate the long-term vision for data architecture, ensuring it aligns with the company's business strategy.
