Microsoft is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations professional to drive the global retail strategy for the Games & Content category. You have a proven track record in category management and marketing operations, with experience in leading high-performing teams and driving strategic initiatives. You possess strong analytical skills and are adept at using data to inform decision-making and strategy development. Your experience in global planning and go-to-market execution will enable you to effectively manage the retail strategy for the Games & Content category. You are a strategic thinker who can navigate complex challenges and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

Experience in the gaming industry or a related field is a plus, as is familiarity with marketing technology and sales channels. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have a knack for building relationships with partners and stakeholders.

What you'll do

As the Worldwide Games Category Lead, you will be responsible for driving the global retail strategy and performance of the Games & Content category across the Americas, APAC, and EMEA regions. You will collaborate with marketing and sales professionals to connect and engage with players and partners at scale, ensuring alignment with Xbox’s broader ecosystem. Your role will involve supporting global planning, optimizing investment strategies, and executing go-to-market initiatives for both physical and digital games content.

You will lead a team of marketing and sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Your leadership will be crucial in developing and implementing strategies that enhance the player journey and deliver value throughout the entire gaming experience. You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.
