You are skilled at developing and executing retention strategies that align with customer priorities and business outcomes. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers is essential for influencing customer adoption and success. As a Commercial Sales Representative at DigiCert, you will drive the renewal strategy for your accounts, ensuring that customers are engaged and satisfied with our services. You will proactively build relationships with key decision-makers, influencing their adoption of our solutions and contributing to their overall success. Your role will involve interpreting usage information to identify customers at risk of churn and developing strategies to mitigate this risk. You will also define business outcomes and create success plans that include customer priorities, milestones, risks, and metrics. Educating customers on relevant functionalities and promoting insights that enhance their experience will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will collaborate closely with other teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that they are aware of the full range of support available to them.
